SOURCE RECORD

AAIM Nebraska 2 (near Hastings): source record

operational

AAIM's announcement page gives no street address or exact date for the Hastings project; 'W 82nd St' is from a commercial directory listing. The 12.5 MW figure and the sale are stated on AAIM's own home page. Very likely the same site as Fortitude's Prosser Facility (TEMP-35), which is also 12.5 MW, in Adams County near Hastings, and was acquired in August 2026 - but AAIM names only 'a privately held company' as buyer, so the two records are retained separately.
