Website use and automated access

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

No unauthorized scraping or extraction

We do not permit scraping, crawling for bulk collection, harvesting, systematic downloading, or automated extraction of this website, its proprietary datasets, research compilations, content or services without our prior written permission. This restriction applies to scripts, bots, headless browsers, AI agents, reverse-engineering tools, and services such as REA (Reverse Engineer Anything), regardless of the tool or method used.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy or reconstruct our proprietary databases or services, collect our content for model training or retrieval datasets, resell or republish bulk collections, or use automated access to clone the platform.

No circumvention or access to private systems

You may not bypass authentication, access restrictions, request limits or other security controls; rotate identities or network addresses to evade restrictions; misuse credentials; or access, probe or extract nonpublic files, cloud resources, administrative interfaces or data. Public website access does not grant permission to access our underlying systems.

Ordinary browsing and search discovery

You may browse public pages, share links, and use accessibility tools for ordinary personal access. General-purpose search engines may index public pages for search discovery in accordance with our robots directives and reasonable request limits. This limited permission does not authorize bulk extraction, dataset creation, model training, or access to excluded routes. A missing robots restriction is not permission to scrape.

Third-party sources and licensed data

These restrictions apply only to rights we control. They do not override applicable law, public-domain rights, or permissions granted under third-party or open-data licenses. Identified source-reference data remains subject to its stated ODbL 1.0 license and attribution requirements. The machine-readable licensed source-reference download remains available under those terms. Links to original public records do not give us ownership of those records.

Enforcement and permission requests

We may limit or block abusive or unauthorized access, revoke permissions we have granted, investigate suspected misuse, and pursue available remedies. To request a licensed feed, research access, or written permission, contact team@computeequityproject.com with your intended use and request volume.
