A separate 25 MW AI data center is proposed at the same site (announced, not approved) and Des Moines County adopted Resolution 2026-034, a one-year moratorium, on May 19, 2026. Jackson County's earlier moratoria were also linked to an Aurum ~2.5 MW proposal per the moratorium dataset.
