Colovore's September 9, 2026 announcement explicitly confirms TWO different data-center buildings at RNO01, one newly opened and a second still under construction. This record is solely the second physical building: CSV3319. The original first building remains canonical colovore-rno01-nv-83e0e081, and RNO02 is a separate site.
